100 Days of pain - Day 9 - Back and Biceps

Day 9

Continuing with grouping a few muscle groups we are going to do Back and Biceps together, the reason for this is that we make sure that our Biceps are VERY warmed and even starting to burn a little by the time that we get to them,

This is going to be a bit of a longer workout then we have been doing since it is six exercies, if you feel up for it, you can shorten your breaks between sets, but remember to make sure you are rested, or that you are taking the correct break based on the goals you are trying to achieve.
