100 Days of pain - Day 8 - Shoulders and Triceps

Day 8,

The start of the 2nd week, We are going to Ramp it up a little this week and change things up, This week we are starting with grouping some workouts together, and including a Giant Set, These are like supersets, but even longer,

for today, you can use dumbells, or machines or cables for any of your workouts, however, i would suggest using something you usually don't, as to shock your body,
