This is where it will start to kick off if you thought the 1st two weeks were easy, well you were right, now we are adding more and more volume, this is where the pain is going to start to set in,
Ideally, we want to be doing EVERYTHING on a cable machine today, now if your gym doesn't have many cable machines you can do these with Machines or free weights, but cables and machines are prefered as we want to keep tension on the whole movement,
we are doing four exercises for Biceps and four Exercises for Triceps, tomorrow, you are going to feel it
